COTA is encouraging members to use consumer education materials offered by the Think Before You Eat—Think Canada Organic marketing campaign. The Think website has basic information to help consumers choose Canadian organic products, and includes recipes and producer profiles from across Canada. Think Before You Eat POP materials are also available via request. The marketing language used in the campaign is designed to be generic and is heavily vetted by members of the organic sector. Please get involved and Think Canada Organic! For more information, contact Henry Chen.
