The Colorado Secretary of State office has confirmed that the Right to Know Colorado campaign submitted nearly 40,000 more valid signatures that those needed to place Proposition 105—requiring that foods containing GMOs be labeled—on the November 4 ballot. Voters will be asked whether foods modified or treated with GMOs should be labeled Produced with Genetic Engineering starting July 1, 2016.
