Timed to coincide with the launch of the U.S.-Japan Organic Equivalency Agreement this month, OTA’s Global Organic Trade Guide has issued its first comprehensive report on the organic market in Japan. Designed as a resource for U.S. exporters, the report is available free online. Funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA’s) Foreign Agricultural Service, the Global Organic Trade Guide website is administered by OTA’s Organic Export Program, which brings the U.S. organic industry to developing world markets through international promotions, exporter education, business-to-business connections, and trade negotiations.
