Announcing its sales for 2015, Organic Valley said it surpassed $1 billion in annual sales for the first time. Incorporated as CROPP, Organic Valley is the nation’s largest organic farmer-owned cooperative, representing more than 1,800 farmers in 35 states. In 2014, it reported $972 million in sales. Organic Valley launched Grassmilk yogurt, a premium cream-on-the-top yogurt made with milk from cows exclusively fed grass, in August and also saw its Organic Fuel brand become the top-selling organic protein shake across all grocery channels. In early 2016, it is rolling out its adult single-serve milk under the Good To Go brand and launching its Mighty Bar organic meat snacks under the Organic Prairie brand.
