The U.S. Department of Agriculture is currently accepting nominations from qualified fruit and vegetable industry members to fill ten seats on its Fruit and Vegetable Industry Advisory Committee. This committee provides advice and recommendations to the Secretary of Agriculture on issues related to the programs and services USDA provides to the produce industry. The Organic Trade Association encourages qualified organic fruit and vegetable industry members to considering applying to serve on the committee.
