OTA’s Organic Export Promotion team, including OTA staff Jessica Poingt (Senior International Trade Manager), Gwendolyn Wyard (Regulatory Director for Organic Standards and Food Safety), and Marni Karlin (Director of Legislative & Legal Affairs) are representing OTA at BioFach 2014 this week in Nuremberg, Germany. Among other activities, the team will staff a booth there (Booth 611, U.S. Pavilion, Hall 2/2). On Feb. 11, OTA and COTA will hold a reception open to all North American exhibitors. Also, COTA’s Executive Director Matthew Holmes will take part in a Global Organic Market Overview forum, while Jessica Point and Bob Anderson (OTA’s Senior Trade Advisor) will be part of a session on Equivalency Trade Agreements.
