Accredited Certifiers Association Inc. will hold a Professional Development Training for organic certification agencies this Wednesday through Friday in Savannah, GA. The program will include National Organic Program Certifier Training, panel discussions and individual presentations. OTA will speak on progress to establish a national Transitional Verification program and will solicit input from the certifiers in attendance in shaping the program. Additionally, OTA staff will participate in a forum on international organic regulations in light of new equivalency arrangements and emerging standards.
