As 2015 drew to a close, The Organic Center listed the year’s ten most important findings from studies revealing scientific breakthroughs on the environmental and human health benefits of organic food and farming—from improving soil health and supporting water quality, to reducing our exposure to pesticides and mitigating climate change. Based on these findings, The Center has issued ten New Year’s resolutions for 2016 to reflect ways that consumers can put science into action.
